Originally rooted in the Hawaiian tradition of eating fresh ahi (tuna),
poke has evolved into its modern style through the influence of Japanese and other Asian cuisines,incorporating flavors such as soy sauce and sesame oil.
What drew us to poke was not only its great taste,
but also the culture and stories behind it, and the way Hawaiian food brings people together.
At POKEDO, you can create your own custom poke bowl by choosing your preferred base, flavors, and toppings.
